This is an initial request form that will help me get an idea of what you are looking for and allow me to estimate a quote. Since every piece is unique and there are endless ways to personalize your order. I do not have a set price list; I determine an appropriate quote for each individual order.
Submission of this form does not mean I will begin the piece. Once I receive the form and look over your concept, I will be in contact with you to discuss the next steps.
Please be advised that I will only be approving requests I am confident I can execute. All themes, designs and sizes are open to consideration, just be sure to describe it in as much detail as possible and forward reference images.
Once all the above requirements have been accepted and approved I will be able to provide you with a quote. All quotes are an estimate and any final invoice will be provided upon completion of work.
Please note that some pieces can take 1-2 weeks for me to complete. Requests that are submitted for earlier than 1 week are subject to additional costs for early completion date. I will reject or extend the due date of requests that I feel I cannot complete in time. Deposits are required as follows:
Prices under $100 - Deposit $30
Prices $100 to $150 - Deposit $50
Prices $200 and up - Deposit $100
All deposits go towards the total cost of the items. Deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel after the piece has been started.
Please consider that all work is effectively done by hand and all wood pieces vary in textures and grain which may cause slight imperfections. Be confident in your request as a photo will be provided for your review once the outline has been drafted.
